We participated in CASP13 refinement category in May-August, 2018. We developed a new refinement protocol, and this achieved good results. The new method used about 20% of the computational costs that used in our previous protocol, however, it showed a better result! Especially, we obtained near-atomic accuracy models for 3 targets; 0.8, 1.0, and 1.1 Angstrom in CA-RMSD. You can check the detailed results on CASP web page.
