Input:  A Mol2 or PDB file containing a structure with 5 to 500 atoms

Output: logPm prediction and file containing the membrane insertion profile

If an email address is provided, the results will be sent automatically. Otherwise, a link will be provided after a job is submitted for retrieval of the results once a job is finished. You may expect results within a few minutes depending on the size of the structure.
